Madelyn Doyle (Apprentice)

Madelyn

Madelyn Doyle graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Teaching Dance and recently received a K-12 Certification in Dance through the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Madelyn has had the opportunity to work with artists such as Jon Lehrer, Randy Duncan, Eddy O’Campo, Paige Cunningham, Mariah Maloney and Margaret Morris. She has also been a part of the We Stand Sideways Dance Co., Thread Meddle Outfit, and independent productions with artist Megan Adams. In addition to teaching in the Chicago area and Northwest Suburbs, Madelyn has been the Assistant Dance Coordinator for Riverside Brookfield High School’s presenting series, and a Choreographer/Teacher/Producer of the Arlington Youth Dance Ensemble.

The Dance COLEctive aspires to challenge assumptions about how dance is presented, through the use of cutting-edge choreography, innovative collaborations, and inspired creative site-specific-works.
