Olivia May

Last summer Olivia moved to the Windy City from Knightdale, NC to pursue a career in dance and is now entering her second season with The Dance COLEctive. Olivia received her BFA degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in the spring of 2008. While at UNCG, she was a member of the UNCG dance team and performed at the 2007 ACDFA gala performance at Radford University. She also spent six months in Cape Town, South Africa studying dance at the UCT dance school. While in South Africa she was cast as a dancer for the HALIFAX Bank of London 2008 commercial. She has also worked with BJ Sullivan, Duane Cyrus, Larry Lavender, Talani Torres, Amy Love Beasley, NC Theaters Kids on Broadway, Enloe Dance Ensemble, and Liz Lerman. In Chicago she has had the pleasure of working with AMEBA Dance Company and as a resident artist at the Benton House Community Center.
